What a 2027 package actually is
Every D’Himalayan Riders package is a land-based ground package. We look after you from the moment you arrive (in Leh or Delhi, depending on the tour) until departure, and you book your own flights and travel insurance. Packages are built around small groups: a maximum of 15 people per tour, and a minimum of 5 riders is needed for a departure to run. If a departure doesn’t reach 5 riders, we contact you well ahead of time to talk through your options.
Included in every package
- Royal Enfield Himalayan series motorcycle
- Riding gear (helmet, gloves, jacket)
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Bike fuel
- Airport transfers
- Ride captain
- One backup car with mechanic
- Oxygen support
- Inner Line Permits
A luggage car also travels with the group. Accommodation is twin-share, with single rooms on request. Meals come with unlimited mineral water, tea and coffee.
Not included
International and domestic flights, travel insurance (strongly encouraged) and riding boots.

Prices are per person in Australian dollars. Choose the rider type that fits how you’re travelling: Solo rider (one person, one bike), Twin-share rider (own bike, shared room), Pillion (passenger on a rider’s bike, shared room) or SUV seat (non-riders welcome).

Your Umling La certificate
All five packages ride Umling La (5,798 m). Every rider who rides Umling La, on whichever of our five tours, receives an Umling La completion certificate.
Payment schedule
- AUD $100 non-refundable booking deposit secures your place.
- 50% of the tour price is due 60 days before your tour start date.
- The balance, so that 100% is paid, is due 30 days before the start date.
- Bookings made less than 30 days before departure need full payment upfront.
Payment is by the remittance method set out in your invoice. Credit card surcharges and late-payment fees may apply. If you cancel, written notice is required and refunds depend on timing: 60 or more days before departure is a full refund minus a 10% admin fee, 45–59 days is a 50% refund, 30–44 days is a 25% refund, and less than 30 days is no refund. The AUD $100 booking deposit is non-refundable (subject to Australian Consumer Law), and a no-show because of flight delays or cancellations is treated as a cancellation. If you leave a tour early, unused days can’t be refunded. Read the full Booking & Cancellation Policy before you book, and consider travel insurance that covers cancellation and trip interruption.

You need a valid motorcycle licence from your home country plus an International Driving Permit, and riders must be 18 or older. Still deciding?
